Pastor to Women and Small Groups: Candidate will have
strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building, encouraging,
and maintaining ministry teams. This position will create, nurture, and equip
leaders to serve in women's and small group ministries. Desired skills include
teaching, leadership, training, counseling, and administration. YC has a weekly
worship attendance of 1,500.

Children’s (YC Kids) Ministry Director / Pastor : To oversee
and direct the leadership responsibilities of Children’s Ministry
(called YC Kids) as a member of the Next Generation Ministry Team
and to partner with the Lead Pastor to the Next Generation, as well
as other ministry leaders, to provide overall leadership to birth
through 5th grade.
The YC Kids’ Director will provide leadership to the following key
areas of the YC Kids Ministry:

Weekend
programming for children birth through fifth grade (all YC Kids
ministry connected to the main worship services of Yosemite
Church). This includes both Saturday night and Sunday morning
services.

Special events
and outreach ministry efforts to children of Merced (and their
families) such as but not limited to VBS, one time outreach
events, church partnerships, etc.

Upward Sports
Ministries for children.

Leadership
Development: Create, nurture, and equip teams of people to
enable all aspects of YC Kids ministry to effectively encourage
spiritual growth with children and their families. This
includes both paid and volunteer leadership positions.

Childcare
ministry (YC Lil’ Kids), providing an effective and intentional
program to care for and spiritually nurture the children of
adults involved in various YC ministries.

Supervise and
coordinate all expenses and annual budget for YC Kids.

Production
Director: Candidate will coordinate and oversee a team of
people and all production related teams
for a growing contemporary church of 1500.
Needed: production oversight of weekend contemporary and alternative
worship services, ability to expand video capacity, well versed in
team building and spiritual development, talent and insight into the
arts and technical support (drama/theater, lighting, video, sound,
music etc.)assist with all production-related components for YC
Ministries and public services.
