Hospital Visitation...
Is a ministry at Yosemite Church seeking to extend the love, compassion,
and comfort of Jesus Christ when facing medical crises and needs while you
are recuperating in the hospital. “I was sick and you visited me with help and
ministering care.” Matthew 25:36. It is our joy and blessing to visit with you
to share our love and offer prayers as you would desire us to do so.

Request a Hospital visit
To request a hospital visit from Yosemite Church, please complete a
Hospital Visitation Request Form. All information submitted is confidential.
The Hospital Visitation Team will be notified and a visit will be scheduled.
