At YC, we believe sports is more than just a game. The tools used in sports are more than just bats, balls and fishing rods. These are tools to reach people for the Kingdom of Christ. We are a church committed to "Meeting people where they are, and loving them to where Christ wants them to be." Read more about sports ministry.

Upward Basketball is an exciting league for boys and girls grades K-6. Registration begins in November. Please stay tuned for further details!
Basketball - Men's: Open Shootaround Tuesday nights from 7:30-9:30 p.m. in the Half Dome Worship Center.
Aerobics and Fitness - Classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:00am. Classes may include step, kickboxing, handweights, etc. For more information, contact the YC office at 383-5038.
Multi-Sport - This ministry trains in running, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking and swimming. There are several events throughout the year in which you'll have the opportunity to compete in places like Lake Tahoe, Half Moon Bay, and Maui. Come fellowship with us and Outlast the competition. Stay tuned for dates and details!
Softball - We typically have 2 softball teams in the Spring/Summer Leagues of the City of Merced. If you would like to play on one of these teams or form a team of your own, contact Alex Villa at 383-5038.
